• 8+ years of QA experience.
• 3+ years leading QA teams.
• Strong experience building automation frameworks.
• 2+ years of IAM testing experience.
• Experience in Agile and Dev Ops environments.
• Experience in Banking preferred.

• Define QA strategy, test plans, and quality metrics.
• Drive test governance, risk management, and defect management processes.
• Coordinate with Business, Development, Product Owners, and Infrastructure teams.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure Dev Ops Boards).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced Agile team.
