This position will be involved in the investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of problems and incidents. Service components include routers, firewalls, switches, gateways, cable infrastructure, and communications software and protocols.

• Performs site surveys, assessments, and physical inventories.
• Works with other analysts and specialists to resolve incidents and problems.
• Works with other analysts and specialists to perform changes.
• Performs installations of new equipment and infrastructure (cabling, switches, patch panels, VOIP, firewalls, routers, APs at customer locations).
• Ensures availability of proper equipment for site visits (tools, cables, hardware).
• Works with vendors for assistance with equipment implementations.
• Consults with clients and arranges site visits.
• Maintains standard approved IOS configurations.
• Hardware configuration – makes changes as needed.
• Continuously expands knowledge on services supported by the team.

• Data management, inventory control and vehicle assignment responsibilities documentation.
• Maintain range of equipment inventory to support day-to-day operational field duties.
• Perform physical inventories as needed.
• Familiarity with NSWAN database and Remedy Asset database.
• Maintain equipment storage locations and assigned state vehicles as indicated in the DOA Motor fleet handbook.
