Looking for Desktop Technician with Heat experience in Raleigh, NC
Full-time position.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 2010/2013/2016, and O365.
- Experience with HEAT Call Tracking or a similar tool.
- Experience and thorough knowledge in Active Directory administration, such as creation and modification of accounts.
- Experience with Avaya or a similar call distribution tool.
- Ability to independently resolve routine and some non-routine problems; diagnose software and/or hardware issues.
- Associate level.
