ARA is seeking a Tier 2 Cloud Support agent in Raleigh, NC to design, develop, and deploy solutions for cloud platforms. You will administer systems, monitor and automate deployments, and maintain cloud operations while supporting end users via phone, email, and tickets.
The role requires a BS or higher in CS/related field with 5–7 years (or 3–5 years) of relevant experience, willingness for on-call/weekend work, and hybrid in-office arrangements.
