Job Description:

+ Team Lead for Epic application support

+ Work as a 2 in box partner with the client counterpart to direct and lead the team.

+ Oversee day to day operations of the client application support team while directing the offshore Epic support team.

+ Serve as the leadership and escalation point for the offshore Epic support team.

+ Requires in depth Epic support knowledge.

+ Epic certification in one or more of the following modules Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referral, Welcome.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic application support as a Certified Analyst

+ Epic certification in one or more of the following modules Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referral, Welcome.

+ High school diploma or GED
