Experienced APD Writer to develop and review Advanced Planning Documents for Medicaid Enterprise System initiatives and health information exchange programs. The role involves translating complex regulatory and technical content into clear documentation, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring CMS compliance. Strong writing, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination are essential.
