Job Description:

Seeking an ITSM Change Process Manager to govern and continually improve enterprise Change Management. This role leads standard, normal, and emergency changes with governance, risk assessment, authorization, scheduling, and post-implementation reviews. Partners with Service Delivery, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Release Management, and leadership to balance change with stability, and drives Service Now automation, analytics, training, and ITIL Change Enablement best practices. Requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-domain coordination across a large enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as enterprise authority for Change Enablement; shape statewide change culture and governance
  • Govern public-sector requirements, audits, and high-visibility changes
  • Escalate decisions as needed to executive leadership; manage Forward Schedule of Change
  • Lead Service Now modernization: risk scoring, CAB Workbench, dashboards, and approval workflows
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation: business justification, impact, test/install/rollback plans, install results

Required Skills & Experience (minimum):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years ITSM/change management experience
  • ITIL v4 Foundation (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Experience leading enterprise Change Management with CAB/ECAB governance
  • Expertise in Service Now Change Management, CAB Workbench, dashboards, automation
  • Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, CMDB, Release, and SLA practices
  • Public-sector or large enterprise IT environment experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills

Desirable

Skills:

  • ITIL Change Enablement expertise
  • Change governance across divisions; risk assessment and compliance controls
  • Cross-domain coordination and executive-level reporting
