Data Quality Architect Contractor
As a Data Quality Architect Contractor, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across various systems and processes. Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct data quality assessments and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement data cleansing and validation processes to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality requirements are met and maintained.
Monitor and report on data quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct data profiling and quality assessments across source systems to identify gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies in party records using new and existing DQ rules
- Define and document new data quality rules, thresholds, and KPIs for party master data attributes (name, address, identifiers, relationships)
- Support development and execution of data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment routines for party data migration into the UMDM
- Monitor post-implementation data quality trends, recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement and work with SOR owners to remediate identified data issues
- Support end-user adoption by developing training materials and conducting workshops
- Design and implement data quality scorecards and dashboards to track MDM health metrics on an ongoing basis
- Capture pain points from business stakeholders actively using MDM data and convert them into enhancement requests for the product backlog
- Establish data stewardship workflows and escalation procedures for resolving data quality exceptions and survivorship conflicts
- Support discussions with the business to document data requirements and MDM business scenarios
- Support the creation of test cases for UAT based on the requirements and scenarios that have been provided by the business
- Execute UAT test cases, document testing evidence and log defects in Jira
