UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager. They are looking for an Analyst/Developer to join their team to support and develop the Service Now platform, providing both technical analysis and development expertise.

Provide Level 3 support 20% of the time and perform development activities 80% of the time

Technically analyze requirements to help define technical specifications and solutions

Configure, develop, maintain, and support the Service Now platform

Identify solutions for identified issues during development via open-source community, liaising with vendor, and collaborating with engineers

Develop using best practices and standards; write code with performance in mind and drive automation wherever possible

Propose alternative solutions to a problem whilst working collaboratively with other team members

ideally, 4+ years of hands-on Service Now configuration and development experience, with a proven track record of implementing solutions on the Service Now platform

experience in one or more scripting languages

experience in Service Now systems integration

hold current Service Now Implementation Specialist certification or additional Service Now certifications

working knowledge of Git Hub, Flow-JIRA, Git Lab

good technical writing and documentation skills

a committed and visionary team player with analytical and logical mind-set who is curious, collaborative, and constantly interested in learning new things

fluent in written and spoken English and able to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
