accel bi corporation is hiring an experienced Tableau Administrator/Developer for a hybrid W-2 opportunity in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Employment: W-2 with accel bi corporation
Compensation: $85, gross annual salary, inclusive of all benefits

The Tableau Administrator/Developer will support an enterprise Tableau environment while helping business teams use Tableau effectively. The position combines Tableau Server administration, development, stakeholder consultation, user enablement, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, maintain, monitor, and support Tableau Server and related client products
- Administer the Tableau platform in an enterprise environment
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Establish and promote Tableau development practices, standards, and governance
- Support an internal Tableau user community and Center of Excellence
- Train users and provide guidance on Tableau capabilities and best practices
- Consult with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements
- Assist teams with dashboard design, content development, and platform usage
- Perform data modeling, impact analysis, and data warehouse-related activities
- Troubleshoot Tableau Server, dashboard, connectivity, and performance issues
- Work with SQL, SaaS platforms, and enterprise data-management processes
- Communicate technical concepts and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
- At least five years of experience with Tableau development practices, techniques, and standards
- At least two years of hands-on Tableau experience
- At least one year of Tableau Server administration experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Tableau Server
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, dashboard development, and report design
- Familiarity with SQL, SaaS solutions, and data-management processes
- Strong requirements-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work directly and effectively with business stakeholders and internal customers
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Must currently be located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area
- Must work onsite two days per week
- Must attend an in-person interview if shortlisted
- Must work on W-2 through accel bi corporation
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder; sponsorship and visa transfers are unavailable
- Must accept the stated compensation range
