Join Our Team as a Software Trainer at Soft Pro! Are you passionate about helping others succeed with technology? Soft Pro is looking for a Software Trainer to join our dynamic Training team! This role can be based in our Raleigh, NC office or remote, offering flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.

As a Soft Pro Trainer, you’ll be the go-to expert for delivering high-quality training to our customers. You’ll empower users to get the most out of our industry-leading software through engaging learning experiences.

Your work will include:

• Leading public training classes, private sessions, and web-based training.
• Hosting interactive seminars and collaborating with clients to tailor training to their needs.
• Traveling across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally) to deliver on-site training.

Beyond training, you will Partner with instructional designers to shape impactful learning materials. Share your expertise through articles and internal knowledge resources. Stay ahead of the curve on Soft Pro products and industry trends. Support quality assurance for new product releases. Provide consultative insights on customer workflows and best practices.

We want someone who thrives on teaching, problem-solving, and building relationships. Here’s what will help you succeed:

• Experience in the escrow/closing industry and at least 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for making complex topics easy to understand.
• A positive, energetic personality and a collaborative mindset.
• Training experience is a plus—but if you’re passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, we’ll help you grow!
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (prior Soft Pro experience is a bonus).
