At Egnyte, as our company and customer base continue to grow we will look to the Account Manager to develop and continue to manage our relationships with a wide range of Small Business and Mid-Market Customers. This will include acting as the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with our solutions, manage the resolution of any challenges they might face, and continue to drive increased usage of our solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Become an Egnyte product expert including the product's technical workings and practical business application
- Manage a portfolio of customers and work closely with them to assure their success with the software. Develop strong relationships with customers to protect ongoing revenue stream and identify/recommend upsell /cross-sell opportunities
- Receive new customers and manage them through the implementation process to ensure they successfully adopt Egnyte’s service
- Drive regular account reviews with customers and provide strategies to optimize return.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Customer Advocacy, to provide services required to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive interactive working relationship with Product Management and Product Engineering to resolve issues and to communicate customer needs for future product enhancements

Raleigh, NC – Hybrid . C andidates must reside within 50 miles of our Raleigh office and work onsite 3 days per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience selling SaaS into Financial Services
- Proven ability to understand specific customers’ needs and provide solutions
- Experience working across multiple, internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- A team player capable of high performance and flexibility working in a dynamic environment
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. is $28.00 to $30.00 hourly. Compensation may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
- Commission: 33,000 annually, uncapped
