Job Description The Phenom Platform Specialist supports the day-to-day administration, configuration, and stability of Cisco's Phenom recruiting platform. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys the hands-on side of system ownership and wants to chip in to a platform that directly supports the hiring experience across Cisco.

• Platform Administration & Support Handle day-to-day platform administration tasks including user access, configuration updates, and support request triage.
• Fix system issues across Phenom modules and Workday Support staging and production validation for platform updates, releases, and configuration changes.
• Maintain accurate platform documentation including configuration records, process notes, and support logs.
• Configuration & Maintenance Perform functional configuration of Phenom modules in alignment with Cisco's recruiting process standards. Handle workflow logic, notification templates, screening questionnaires, and user access settings. Identify and flag recurring issues, configuration gaps, and opportunities for platform improvement.
• Collaborator Support Serve as a point of contact for recruiter and coordinator platform questions, providing timely and accurate responses. Partner with with HR, Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, and business leaders. Chip in to user-facing documentation, release notes, and training materials. Support platform governance activities including change tracking and release coordination.
• Vendor & Platform Management Partner with Phenom on improvements and issue resolution. Evaluate new Phenom capabilities and recommend adoption strategies. Know the latest on Phenom guidelines and product roadmap developments.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system administration, platform support, HR technology, recruiting technology, or a related function.
• 1+ years of experience supporting enterprise platforms, automation tools, or AI-enabled systems in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience handling configuration, administration, or day-to-day support for business-critical systems.
• Experience fix system issues and partnering with collaborators to resolve platform-related needs.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to handle operational tasks with consistency and accuracy.

• Experience supporting Phenom or a comparable talent, CRM, or recruiting technology platform.
• Background in Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, or employee experience environments.
• Proven ability to learn new platform capabilities quickly and apply them in a practical business context.
