Business Administrator

Seeking a Business Technology Administrator to administer, configure, and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms supporting NC HIEA operations. The role will partner with business and technical teams to improve workflows, manage users and licensing, maintain documentation, and provide training and user support.

• Administer platforms including Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, SAS Viya, and Microsoft 365
  .
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, templates, and automations
  .
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, process maps, and configuration documentation
  .
• Develop and deliver user training, job aids, and instructional materials.
• Support users and coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Drive platform adoption, standardization, and continuous improvement.

• 5+ years administering enterprise SaaS/business applications.
• 5+ years configuring workflows, dashboards, reports, automations, permissions, and system components.
• 3+ years managing software licensing/subscriptions and developing technical/user documentation.
• 3+ years in training, presentations, communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and manage multiple priorities.
