• You will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system.
• Your day-to-day activities will involve ensuring the quality of our world-class systems through exceptional communication skills, accurately defining client issues, and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Provide MES Manufacturing Execution System support for PASX.
• Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

This role is 100% onsite. Must be willing to work shifts including nights and weekends

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Werum Manufacturing Execution Solution PAS-X or a similar MES
• Must be willing to work shifts including nights and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
