Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Solutions Expert will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce solutions for the Early Education Integration System project. This role involves bridging business needs with technical architecture, driving end-to-end solution design, and managing complex system integrations aligned with the organization's digital strategy.

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategy and execution.
• Design and lead complex API-based integrations connecting Salesforce with external systems.
• Ensure solutions comply with data security, performance, and backup/restore standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across the architecture.
• Advise on the use of standard Salesforce functionality versus customizations for complex requirements.
• Create technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams.
• Lead code reviews, design workshops, and release planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Agile teams on backlog refinement and story decomposition.
• Support Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline processes.

• Salesforce Technical/Application Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer II, and Platform App Builder certifications.
• Copado certification;
  Mule Soft I & II certifications.
• 7+ years of experience in requirements analysis, complex Salesforce solution architecture, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and object-oriented design using Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby.
• 7+ years of experience with data migration/ETL strategies, mobile solution architecture, Salesforce Shield, and Lightning.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Dev Ops/CI-CD, WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance, Git Hub/Bit Bucket, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

• Work location requires 2 3 days per week onsite in Durham, NC.

• Contract duration: 1 month.
