Job Role of Technology Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure project execution and alignment with objectives Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes Refine project management processes by incorporating best practices and lessons learned for improved efficiency and effectiveness Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies Identify staffing needs adaptable to changing project needs and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

Required Skill and Experience
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programs, security solution implementations, managed security services, and transformation initiatives.
• Own program governance, integrated planning, delivery execution, financial oversight, quality management, and client outcomes.
• Manage multiple work streams, technologies, vendors, dependencies, and delivery teams across the program lifecycle.
• Establish delivery roadmaps, milestones, resourcing plans, governance cadence, KPIs, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Ensure commitments are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Drive corrective actions, service improvements, and benefits realization throughout the engagement.

Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary client-facing delivery leader and trusted point of contact for assigned cybersecurity engagements.
• Build credible relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams, partners, and vendors.
• Lead executive steering committees, governance forums, service reviews, and operational reviews.
• Provide clear, timely communication on delivery status, achievements, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
