Service Now SME / Senior Service Now Consultant
Location:Remote with travel / Onsite - location TBD
Work Authorization:Varies by role; some positions may require U.S. Citizenship, while others may accept additional work authorizations.
Job Summary:We are seeking highly experienced Service Now Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support upcoming Service Now engagements across various modules. Candidates must have deep hands-on expertise in their respective Service Now module, hold active Service Now certifications, and demonstrate excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Required Qualifications:- Strong hands-on experience as a Service Now SME
- Deep expertise in one or more Service Now modules
- Active Service Now certifications are mandatory
- Minimum certification expectation includes CAD (Certified Application Developer) and/or relevant CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification, depending on the module
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, configuration, customization, and implementation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work directly with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Ability to operate independently as a subject-matter expert
- Willingness to travel when required

- Other Service Now modules as required
- Active Service Now CAD certification preferred/required depending on role
