Ultimate Staffing Services is currently seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Specialist to join their client's team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start or advance their career in the insurance industry and are open to obtaining necessary licenses. This is not a medical insurance agency. Ideal candidates will have a background in Property & Casualty, Auto, Homeowner's, etc.

• Manage initial customer inquiries related to coverage or policy questions, directing them to an agent when necessary.
• Handle initial calls and perform tasks independently when possible without needing agent intervention.
• Once licensed, assist with policy changes, rewriting, and other adjustments as needed.
• Engage with customers enthusiastically, providing excellent customer service and building rapport.
• Demonstrate mental fortitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Possibility to assist with the payment of the insurance certification for candidates who show promise and capability.
• Prove themselves capable of obtaining a license and performing well in the role.
• Open to obtaining necessary licenses and possibly taking a state exam to further their career.

• Open to obtaining an insurance license is a must.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  
  Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in insurance is highly desired.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, Friday, 9am to 3:30pm

Salary Range: $18 - $25 per hour depending on experience in Customer Service, Insurance, and dependent on current licensure.
