- Review and approve COIs for new and renewing vendors.
- Simplify insurance requirements into clear documentation and sample COIs.
- Maintain and update COI standards to align with industry best practices.
- Verify vendor insurance, trade licenses, and certifications for compliance.
- Manage vendor onboarding in Service Channel and ensure smooth integration.
- Collaborate with Facility Management to address coverage gaps and onboard vendors.
- Analyze Service Channel data and create compliance dashboards.
- Support claims for branch damage and act as liaison with adjusters and internal insurance teams.
- Ensure vendors are compliant before payment processing.
- Train new associates on vendor compliance procedures.
- 5+ years in Commercial Property Insurance.
- 5+ years reviewing Certificates of Insurance.
- 3+ years vendor onboarding experience.
- 1+ year CMMS experience (Service Channel or similar).
