This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC for a Personal Lines Risk Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing personal insurance risks, performing risk evaluations, and assisting agents in understanding and improving risk portfolios through thorough communication and consultation. Daily tasks include performing risk assessments, build relationships with agents, team collaboration, and finalizing insurance program proposals.
Collaboration and effective communication with agents and insurance carrier partners will be core to this role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough risk analysis
- Experience in finance, including financial assessments related to personal insurance risks
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and risk-related concepts clearly
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant tools or platforms for data analysis is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred
