I opened my agency in 2013 and lead a team of seven with a strong purpose behind what we do. Before becoming an agent, I worked in Yellow Pages sales. After a serious accident in 2006 that required three surgeries and months away from work, I experienced firsthand how important proper insurance education truly is—and how often people don’t receive it.

That experience shaped my mission as an agent to make sure customers fully understand their protection and are never left in the dark.

Outside of the office, I enjoy adventure and trying new things—I’ve reeled in a 110-pound tuna in Hawaii and even gone skydiving. That same drive and determination shows up in how I lead and grow my agency. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
