Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raleigh, NC, for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will handle daily interactions with clients, providing exceptional customer service by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring policyholder satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing insurance accounts, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate records. The CSR will also collaborate with the sales team to identify and meet customer needs, assist in building long-lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Insurance knowledge and Account Management experience to address diverse policyholder needs and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Sales skills to support presenting appropriate products and solutions to clients and fostering collaborative client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with insurance management software and basic office technology is a plus.
  • A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a professional, client-focused environment.
