Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close‑knit and growing team. The successful candidate will manage a book of business consisting of standard personal lines accounts, with the potential to handle some small commercial lines.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule after training, providing flexibility and work‑life balance.

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $62,000 annually

• Effectively manage a book of business.
• Handle daily tasks such as renewals, endorsements, billing, and client inquiries.
• Quote new and renewal business, primarily for call‑in clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

• Licenses:
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (independent or captive).
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
