We fight insurance companies so injured people get what they're owed, not what's convenient for a corporation's bottom line. Auto, motorcycle, truck collisions, wrongful death, catastrophic injury. Plaintiff-side only.

We're looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of personal injury experience, plaintiff or defense side, who wants more than a paycheck. Someone who wants to get genuinely good at this work.

What matters most: how you treat your team, how you handle it when a case doesn't go your way, and whether you're actually coachable, not just say you are.

You'll lead case teams with real support behind you. We train hard, we push each other, and we look out for one another while we do it.

Salary is negotiable, plus bonus, and we pay for experience. If you've been doing this work and know you're worth more than what you're currently making, we'd like to talk.
