Digital Gaming Production Support Engineer

Join our team as a Digital Gaming Production Support Engineer, where you’ll be at the heart of maintaining stability, resolving incidents, and supporting continuous improvement across our digital gaming platforms.

Hybrid position. All employees must reside in N.C.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve digital gaming incidents and player complaints, with the guidance of your manager, to ensure minimal impact on the digital gaming platform and players
• Support day‑to‑day monitoring of the digital gaming platform by utilizing backend systems to review reports and complaints to detect any issues or anomalies and take corrective actions
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical incidents or player complaints and appropriately identify when incidents need to be escalated
• Maintain documentation for troubleshooting, system configurations, processes and procedures, and platform training material

• Advanced study or training past the high school equivalency at a community college, vocational, business, technical, or correspondence school, and 3 years’ experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytic thinking skills
• Ability to solve problems in an effective and efficient manner
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting as dictated; able to multitask
• Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written formats
• Ability to effectively interpret and apply technical documentation and specifications
• Ability to provide an objective overview of situations
• Willingness to accept challenges, handle multiple projects simultaneously

Hiring Range: $53,754 – 56,186
