Speech Inspirations PLLC is growing! We have an immediate opening for a local or remote Bilingual Patient Services Administrative Assistant in our Raleigh office. This is a hybrid, part time position that will be performed both in office and ional benefits available upon full time employment. Please read the entire job post to be considered for this position.

• Translating therapy sessions between Spanish speaking clients and therapists
• Speaking to clients for the admin team
• Use Google Sheets to organize and keep notes on new/incoming referrals
• Communicate with clients/parents via Google Voice (call, text) or Gmail
• Other tasks assigned by the Administrative Executive

• Open to learning new things, willingness to challenge yourself, and a desire to grow with the company
• Quick learner with the ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide the highest level of customer service to our clients, patients, and fellow-employees
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Spanish and English
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem solve

• Must speak Spanish and English fluently
• At least 18 years of age
• Must have a secure and private work area at home
• DETAIL ORIENTED IS A MUST
