Bankruptcy & Restructuring Counsel: Creditors’ Rights

A prestigious law firm in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a highly motivated Counsel to join its Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business and commercial creditor's rights, as well as insolvency-related litigation. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, researching legal sources, and attending trials. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be licensed or eligible for licensing in North Carolina.

This role is off-track for partner and has a reduced billable hour requirement.
