Wyrick Robbins is seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Analyst, accountable for providing excellent service to internal users and ensuring continuity of computer services across the organization. The successful candidate will deliver first and second level phone, deskside, and remote user support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and authentication issues. Responsibilities include ensuring that hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to the firm’s standards.

Working closely with IT team members, you’ll help resolve technical issues and maintain a functional, secure, and up-to-date computing environment. There are also opportunities to cross-train and collaborate with engineers on a variety of technical projects, expanding your skillset and impact within the firm. This is an onsite role based in Raleigh, NC.

Job Description:

Wyrick Robbins is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to add to our growing Commercial Real Estate practice team. This position will join a team of paralegals supporting multiple attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Fast paced learning environment with hands‑on training opportunities. Principle responsibilities include:

  • Assist attorneys with drafting real estate, finance, purchase and sale, transfer, and lease documents for buyers, sellers and lenders; preparing UCC Financing Statements.
  • Draft closing documents (Notes, Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Loan Agreements, Loan Modifications, Commitment Letters, Guaranties, Assignment documents, etc.)
  • Coordinate title work; perform title searches and record documents.
  • Review and analyze title reports, surveys and zoning documents.
  • Review and abstract leases.
  • Coordinate due diligence for commercial real estate transactions, including multi‑state loans and acquisitions.
  • Organize and coordinate closings, including preparing and maintaining closing checklists, settlement statements, closing binders, tracking documents, and keeping transaction workflow progressing efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree. NC Paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Experience as a commercial real estate paralegal in a law firm or legal department of a corporation or municipality.
  • Exceptionally well organized, detail-oriented and strong practical problem‑solving abilities using logic, creativity, collaboration and client service skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently to drive projects from start to completion in a timely manner to meet client deadlines.
  • Experience and proficiency in the use of technology to support Practice Group efforts. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Softpro, PDF Docs, Elite, iManage and ability to quickly learn additional applications relevant to the practice group.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including solid grammar skills.
  • Ability to track and meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptable to ever changing priorities in a dynamic work setting. Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of firm personnel and clients. Strong client service mentality.
  • Ability to professionally and constructively handle challenges that may arise from time to time with the work, work processes, dealings with other personnel, and supervision provided.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost professional discretion.
  • Moderate motor coordination to function effectively in an indoor professional office work environment requiring frequent and prolonged sitting, standing, repetitive finger motion, routine walking, bending, reaching and lifting up to 20 pounds.
  • Availability to work weekdays between 8:30am – 6:00pm, with overtime as needed. Typical workweek is 37.5‑40 hours.
