We are seeking a experienced Family Law Paralegal who is highly organized, proactive, and deeply committed to supporting both clients and attorneys with excellence and integrity.

• Draft and prepare family law pleadings, motions, discovery, and financial affidavits
• Manage case files with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather information
• Coordinate hearings, mediations, and court filings
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and organization of exhibits
• Track deadlines and ensure timely case progression
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative team members to ensure seamless client service

• 4+ years of family law paralegal experience (North Carolina experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of North Carolina court procedures and filing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and time-management abilities
• Emotional intelligence and professionalism when working with clients
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy
