We are seeking an associate with four to five years of experience in M&A and other sophisticated corporate transactional matters. The ability to work effectively as a key deal team member on larger transactions, as well as to independently manage smaller transactions, is required. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to interact directly with clients on an effective basis. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills required.
