Job Description

• Work on sophisticated transactions for buyers, sellers, and/or private equity.
• Lead transactions and participate as part of a team.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Substantial experience in all types of mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong academic background.
• Previous large firm experience is desired.
• Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and willing to become licensed in North Carolina within one year.
