Our client is a top firm, seeking a junior level associate for its Intellectual Property practice.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience with IP portfolio management
-or- technology transactions. - Trademark experience includes counseling on trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related non-patent assets.
- Technology transactions experience includes IP and technology agreements, licensing, and disputes.
- Strong academic credentials required.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
