Sumitomo Electric Industries USA is seeking a Hyperscale Customer Success Program Specialist to coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics and internal teams to deliver on customer programs for hyperscale data center customers.
The role requires understanding customer forecasts and managing programs, while driving improvements and building strong relationships. A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in supply chain/project management is expected, with strong Excel and ERP (D365) experience.
