Data Analyst & Road Supervisor/Dispatcher
Transdev in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Data Analyst – Road Supervisor/Dispatcher. This dual position splits duties between dispatch, road supervision, and data analytics. The Dispatcher oversees road service, communicates with Operators, and provides customer support to clients, ensuring all routes comply with safety procedures. The Data Analyst performs data entry to maintain the database through the company’s software. We seek customer service‑oriented professionals dedicated to safety.
Compensation& Benefits
Competitive compensation package of minimum $25.00–$25.25 per hour.
Benefits include:

- Provide reporting to management and create all customer invoices.
- Oversee road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route timing, performance, incidents, etc.
- Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips including no shows, cancellations and missed trips.
- Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators; act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services.
- Manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
- Data entry of times and odometer readings.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks according to contractual and legal mandates.
- Input and extract data from manifests to provide data to management and the client.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or GED;
Technical Degree preferred. - 3‑5 years of experience dispatching.
- Minimum of one year of related data analyst experience.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions—100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
- Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
