We're seeking a highly organized Customer Program Specialist to serve as the critical link between customers, manufacturing, logistics, and internal operations. In this role, you'll manage customer programs from forecast through production and delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met while coordinating multiple priorities across global teams.

What You'll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order management, delivery schedules, and program coordination.
- Analyze customer forecasts and collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop production plans.
- Coordinate with multiple production facilities and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage purchase orders, inventory, production orders, and delivery information within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Monitor changing customer priorities and communicate updates across manufacturing, logistics, and internal teams.
- Maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), production planning, and inventory transactions.
- Resolve delivery and production issues while providing exceptional customer support.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and ERP utilization.
- Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in customer program management, manufacturing operations, production planning, project management, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with VBA, Access, Power BI, SQL, or other automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of fiber optic connectivity, networking products, electronics, or data center infrastructure is a plus.
