** How will you make your impact?
** As a
** Supply Chain Manager
** with
** Linxon**, you will lead end-to-end supply chain execution across sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supplier management to ensure the business delivers projects safely, on time, and within budget while optimizing total cost, quality, and reliability. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives, build strong partnerships with critical suppliers and contractors to ensure continuity and resilience, and embed the supply chain function as a strategic partner to operations, sales, and project controls.

From early business development through project execution and closeout, you will drive data-informed decisions, assess market conditions and pricing, manage risk, and ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and quality standards while improving cost, delivery, and working capital performance. You will establish measurable performance metrics, report progress and savings to senior leadership, and lead negotiations and contracting activities to secure favorable terms while protecting the business.

As a people leader, you will build, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the right capabilities, structure, and succession plans are in place, while fostering continuous improvement and innovation to strengthen supply chain effectiveness and overall business outcomes.
