** How You'll Make an Impact
*** Process customer orders in SAP with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
* Coordinate with feeder factories to manage order flow, production updates, and delivery timelines.
* Partner with project management teams to support order-related activities and milestones.
* Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or fulfillment issues.
* Maintain accurate order documentation and records within SAP and related systems.
* Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to help ensure on-time deliveries.
* Prepare and communicate reports on order progress, lead times, and key performance metrics.###
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or a related function.
* Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills across multiple teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.###
