Location:
Raleigh, NC (Research Triangle). Salary: $83,000 - $122,000 per year.
- Oversee overall maintenance operations, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property.
- Lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
- Supervise additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
- Carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
- Experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
