The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance, and presentation.

Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation, and be available for 24-hour, on-call maintenance schedules. Additionally, candidates must own a smartphone (cell phone reimbursement available).

As Maintenance Technician, you will handle all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. Responsibilities include servicing HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and apartment refurbishments. A strong candidate demonstrates accountability, ownership, excellent time management, and strong customer service skills.
