The Role

The Lead Cleaning Technician sets the pace and raises the standard for effective cleaning. You will lead by example, demonstrate professionalism with clients, deliver spotless work consistently, and take full ownership of all responsibilities.

Salary

• Base salary of $3,000 per month with commissions, bonuses, and tips.
• Bi‑weekly pay on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday (weekends off).

• Perform high‑quality, detailed cleaning tasks that meet our standards.
• Lead quality, pace, and communication on all jobs, including walkthroughs before completion.
• Manage your daily schedule and complete assigned jobs on time with minimal supervision.
• Model professionalism and respect in all client interactions, building trust and strong relationships.

• Reliable commute to jobs in and around Raleigh, NC.
• Minimum of 3 years professional residential cleaning experience.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in line with company policy.

• Experience in a lead, supervisor, or trainer role.
• Familiarity with eco‑friendly or non‑toxic cleaning products.
• Bi‑lingual (English & Spanish).
