We are looking for a hardworking individual who is looking to advance their career in maintenance services with a fast-growing company. Service Managers are accountable for a team of Technicians and the maintenance and administrative operations of the property. The Service Manager responsibilities include fixing and troubleshooting equipment, completing unit turns, and assisting the community and your team in maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies are at appropriate levels
• Ensure adherence to the company's safety and hazard communications programs, policies, and procedures
• Maintain superior customer service with residents
• Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors
• Work with the Maintenance team to maintain and implement an effective preventative maintenance program
• Assists property manager in creation and achievement of budgeted expectations
• Responsible for the training and development of property technicians on all property systems
• Ensure all building emergencies are handled in a timely manner
