In this senior leadership role, you will drive continuous improvement, oversee quality management systems (QMS), and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You’ll lead quality assurance, control, and risk mitigation efforts across design-build projects while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

A Day in the Life Strategic Leadership- Develop and execute the organization’s quality strategy, aligning with business goals and client requirements.
- Establish QMS roadmaps, budgets, and performance metrics to monitor effectiveness.
- Lead quality-related transformation initiatives, including process optimization and technology integration.
- Develop, implement, and track execution of SQS (Supplier Qualtiy Surveillance Plan)
- Ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA, ANSI).
- Oversee internal and external audits, including after action reports, certifications, corrective actions, and supplier evaluations.
- Interface with regulatory agencies and clients during inspections.
- Monitor construction and engineering processes to identify quality risks and implement preventive measures.
- Review project plans, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze quality data to drive decision-making and report findings to senior management.
- Lead and mentor quality assurance/control teams, fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Develop training programs on QMS policies, tools (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, agile systems), and industry best practices.
- Partner with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve outcomes.
- Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring contractual quality obligations are met.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred. - Experience:
