- Earn up to a total of $117,000 in your first year (salary + bonus)

You’ll own the entire receiving operation for a high‑velocity distribution center, ensuring product flows accurately, safely, and on time.
- Lead 3 salaried supervisors and 45–50 hourly associates
- Drive staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
- Build a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
- Partner closely with Transportation to maximize dock efficiency
- Ensure trucks are unloaded/loaded accurately and on schedule
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and seasonal planning
- Communicate shortages, substitutions, and inventory issues to key stakeholders
- Maintain building and equipment readiness through maintenance oversight
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and operational standards
- Step in as needed to support operations, including operating MHE
Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Consistent schedule, predictable hours, and the ability to lead from the front.
What You Bring- High School Diploma/GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)
- 6+ years of warehouse operations experience in wholesale or retail distribution
- Deep knowledge of receiving, inventory, and warehouse workflows
- Supervisory experience required
; experience leading supervisors is a strong plus
