This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Manager based in Raleigh, NC. The Leasing Manager will oversee the leasing operations, including effectively marketing apartment homes, managing lease administration, and conducting market research to ensure competitive positioning. The role also involves fostering resident retention through exceptional customer service and providing support for property management strategies to meet occupancy goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration, including handling lease agreements and renewals.
- Strong skills in Market Research to analyze competition and assist in positioning the property effectively.
- Experience in Property Management with a focus on achieving occupancy goals and ensuring operational excellence.
- Proven ability to enhance Resident Retention through excellent communication and customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with property management software and office technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
