Range reflects current Raleigh/Triangle market for 10+ year PMs with complex project experience; final compensation will depend on project size, scope, and leadership level.

We are partnered with a well-established and growing general contractor in the Raleigh market seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile construction projects across senior living, healthcare, and higher education sectors. This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned professional who values project ownership, team leadership, and seeing projects through from preconstruction to closeout.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of construction project management experience, a strong track record of stability and tenure, and the ability to successfully manage either large-scale projects ($50M+) or multiple concurrent mid-sized projects.

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery, from preconstruction planning through final turnover
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk on complex commercial projects
• Coordinate closely with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and change management
• Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Engineers as needed
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a GC
• Proven experience delivering projects in senior living, healthcare, and/or higher education
• Background managing large single projects ($50M+) or multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated career stability and long-term tenure (this is critical)
• Strong leadership, communication, and owner-facing skills
• Degree preferred but not required — experience and performance are prioritized

• Strong and consistent project pipeline in the Triangle market
