Credit and Collections Manager

A company is looking for a Manager 1, Credit & Collections - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the Credit & Collections department, including team performance and operational goals Develop and implement performance metrics, and review collection reports to assess effectiveness Provide training and support to staff, and act as the primary contact with vendors and collection agencies

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred, with consideration for relevant coursework and experience 5-7 years of relevant work experience in credit and collections management Experience in developing performance metrics and managing teams Ability to foster positive employee relations and effective communication Strong background in analyzing financial performance and operational strategies
