Required Qualifications Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and government laws regarding contracts and grants Bachelor's Degree in Contracts Administration, Finance, Accounting, Non-profit Management, Business Law, or related field Five plus years of experience in contract negotiation and administration At least three years of experience in contracting with Federal Government contracts or grants management Experience in procurement, cost reimbursement contracting, and quality control processes
