State Licensed Senior Vice President

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Management and Financial Lines.

Key Responsibilities Partner with the Practice Leader to execute growth, retention, and new business strategies Oversee practice group operations, including pipeline management and account strategies Lead complex client engagements and negotiate coverage structures with carriers

Required Qualifications High school diploma required; four-year degree in a related field preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance brokerage or specialty risk advisory Property and Casualty License required;
Surplus Lines License preferred Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC preferred Strong relationships with carriers and experience in market negotiation
