Project Manager, Healthcare Management

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid – 3 days in office, any 3 days)

Travel: 4–6 times per year to East Coast

Compensation: $110K–$120K

Reports to: Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong agency experience to lead client-facing projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role offering the opportunity to bring seasoned project leadership and grow within the organization. Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences is a plus but not required.

• Lead projects for a primary client, acting as the main point of contact
• Collaborate closely with creative and software engineering teams
• Manage integrated campaigns, creative deliverables, and project goals
• Develop, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Operate effectively within an Agile environment
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project execution

• Current toolset includes Jira
• Transitioning to a proprietary project management software
• Utilize Float for forecasting and resource planning

• Proven agency project management experience (required)
• Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences (preferred, not required)
• PMP certification preferred (company will sponsor if needed)
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
